Our Mediterranean olives are an integral part of an ancient tradition that meticulously handpicks heirloom olives. These olives are subsequently cold-pressed and transformed into a premium small-batch oil at our local mill. This process ensures the production of a high-quality product that faithfully retains the authentic flavors of the region.
